    Hello Shareholders,

    Please be advised that a work party will be taking place on Saturday May 21, 2022 at 08:00 am.
    This work party will be to assemble three additional dock fingers.  Please attend the back shed area (past the boat trailer storage) where all of the pre-cut lumber has been stored.
    There may be additional maintenance tasks to be completed throughout the Park.

    Shareholders
    Please see the attached notification to call for an extraordinary general meeting to be held on May 29, 2022 at 1:00 pm.  This meeting will take place in the Denis McLean room in the Mill Bay Community Hall (Kerry Park Recreation Centre).
    Also attached is a Question and Answer information sheet regarding the septic system as well as a Proxy form.  For those shareholders not familiar with the proxy form, it allows a shareholder to give another person their vote during a meeting if you are not able to attend yourself.  Please ensure the Board receives your proxy prior to the meeting.
    An additional email will be following this one that will contain the septic assessment.
