Sunday the 19th we are scheduling a small work party to deal with the lake weeds and some of the silt and muck that is evident near both docks on the right and left of the beach.
We need some volunteers to put the various lake weed tools to work as well as use shovels and wheelbarrows to attend to some of the silt and muck.
You can expect to be up to your thighs in the water to effectively weed rake and silt and mud removal.
Great exercise and a very satisfying feeling of accomplishment awaits.
